Flip this house is a reality TV show that is about buying and selling properties. The main idea behind the show is to buy a distressed house and make it nice to sell. His team does all of the upgrades necessary to improve the house. They also make sure they sell the property at a price to make good profit.
How did Montelongo start out? Well, he started out with not much and eventually through hard work as well as motivation and dedication, he achieved his success. He also reached his success point at positive thinking. When he reached his success goals, he decided that he would share his knowledge with the general public.
